Just minutes away from Downtown Chicago, The Mitz™ is a premier landmark building nestled in the Wicker Park neighborhood.
If the walls could talk at The Mitz they would bathe us with a unique story of immigration, social policy and the architectural heritage of Chicago. Built in 1918, one of three remaining municipal bathhouses, this landmark structure is the most architecturally ornate of the 19 facilities commissioned. The building is the crown jewel in the architecturally significant and socially creative neighborhood of Wicker Park. Today, the building has been reimagined into an multi-use space -- hosting off-site meetings, workshops, tastings and intimate corporate events.
